BARISTA | 0-2 Years Experience

Character & Attitude
1. Customer-Focused: Warm, patient, and polite even during rush. First face customers see.
2. Trainable: Open to coaching on recipes, milk steaming, and drink consistency. No “I already know it all” attitude.
3. Reliable: On time, every shift. Calls in advance if there’s an issue.
4. Calm Under Pressure: Can handle 3-4 orders at once without errors or panic.
5. Detail-Oriented: Obsessed with consistency: shot time, milk texture, latte art, cleanliness.

Skills & Requirements
1. Experience: 0-2 years in a café, coffee shop, or hotel F&B. Fresh trainees with barista course accepted.
2. Technical: Can pull espresso, steam milk, make latte/cappuccino/americano/iced drinks.
3. Hygiene: Knows milk storage, equipment cleaning, and “clean-as-you-go” SOP.
4. Availability: Flexible for mornings, nights, weekends, holidays.
5. Communication: Clear English/Arabic/French to take orders and work with team.

Red Flags: Rude to customers, messy station, cannot follow recipes, poor attendance.

Visa & Accomodation provided by the company.

Preferred Nepali & North Indian.
