JOB DESCRIPTION – CHINESE CUISINE CHEF

Position: Chinese Chef / Chinese Cuisine Specialist
Location: Oman
Salary Package: OMR 400 – 600 (Based on experience)

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chinese Chef who specializes in authentic Chinese cuisine. The candidate must have strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, flavors, and presentation standards.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

* Expert in preparing a wide range of Chinese dishes with excellent taste and quality.
* Must have experience in Chinese kitchen operations and food preparation.
* Ability to prepare popular Chinese dishes such as:
* Kung Pao Chicken
* Sweet & Sour Chicken
* Fried Rice
* Chow Mein / Noodles
* Dim Sum
* Hot & Sour Soup
* Szechuan-style dishes
* Other authentic Chinese specialties
* Must understand seasoning, sauces, wok cooking, and traditional Chinese flavors.
* Ensure food quality, hygiene, and consistency.
* Ability to manage kitchen requirements and maintain professional standards.

Candidates should have proven experience as a Chinese Cuisine Chef with good knowledge of authentic Chinese flavors and cooking methods.
