URGENT HIRING – HIGH-END RESTAURANT | MUSCAT, OMAN

We are looking for experienced and professional candidates to join a premium high-end restaurant in Muscat.

1) Pastry Chef

Salary: OMR 300 – 400 (depending on experience)
Benefits: Food & Accommodation provided

Requirements:

* Must have strong experience as a Pastry Chef in high-quality restaurants/hotels.
* Expert in preparing premium desserts, bakery items, and pastry products.
* Must have knowledge of:
* Cakes & celebration cakes
* French pastries
* Croissants & viennoiseries
* Tarts & pies
* Mousses & plated desserts
* Chocolates and dessert presentation
* Must maintain hygiene, quality, and professional standards.

2) Pakistani Cuisine Chef

Salary: OMR 300 – 400 (depending on experience)
Benefits: Food & Accommodation provided

Requirements:

* Must be an experienced Pakistani Cuisine Chef.
* Should have excellent knowledge of traditional and modern Pakistani dishes.
* Must be skilled in preparing:
* Biryani
* Nihari
* Karahi
* Handi
* BBQ items
* Kebabs
* Haleem
* Traditional Pakistani gravies
* Rice & curry dishes
* High-quality cooking skills and restaurant experience required.

3) Tandoori Roti Maker

Salary: OMR 200 – 250
Benefits: Food & Accommodation provided

Requirements:

* Experienced in making:
* Tandoori roti
* Naan
* Kulcha
* Paratha
* Must know proper tandoor handling and hygiene standards.

4) Shawarma Maker

Salary: OMR 200 – 250
Benefits: Food & Accommodation provided

Requirements:

* Experienced in shawarma preparation and station handling.
* Must know:
* Meat preparation
* Cutting & serving techniques
* Sauces and fillings
* Food safety standards

5) Waiters & Waitresses

Required: 4 Waiters + 2 Waitresses

Requirements:

* Arab nationals preferred.
* English & Arabic language is mandatory.
* Must have restaurant/hospitality experience.
* Good customer service skills and professional appearance.

Salary:

* Male Waiter: OMR 150 – 170
* Female Waitress: OMR 200 – 250

Nationality Preference (ONLY):
Pakistani, Indian, or Arab nationals.

Important:
Candidates must be currently available in Oman, Muscat.
