Description

Job Title: Car Rental Operations Executive
Location: Mawaleh South
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the car rental management system and update bookings.
Prepare rental agreements and maintain customer records.
Coordinate vehicle delivery and return schedules.
Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Monitor vehicle availability and update fleet status.
Maintain accurate daily reports and office records.
Coordinate with drivers and the operations team to ensure smooth service.

Requirements:
Previous experience in car rental or a similar administrative role is preferred.
Good computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and responsibly.
Valid Omani driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
Salary: To be discussed during the interview.
