We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced All-Rounder Cook to join our professional kitchen team.

Job Description:

The candidate should have strong expertise in preparing a wide range of cuisines and must be capable of independently managing kitchen operations with high-quality standards.

Key Requirements:

✅ Minimum 5+ years of professional cooking experience preferred
✅ Strong knowledge and experience in Kerala Cuisine
✅ Excellent skills in North Indian Cuisine
✅ Experienced in Chinese Cuisine preparation
✅ Knowledge of Continental Cuisine is an added advantage
✅ Ability to prepare high-quality dishes with consistent taste and presentation
✅ Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness standards
✅ Experience working in hotels, restaurants, or high-volume kitchens
✅ Ability to work professionally under pressure and maintain kitchen discipline
