Indoor Sales & Operations Supervisor – Automotive Services & Auto Care

Location: Muscat, Oman

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily showroom, reception, and workshop operations.
- Manage customer inquiries, quotations, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of vehicles.
- Promote maintenance services, detailing, ceramic coating, PPF, window tinting, and other auto-care solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive services, auto care, or workshop operations.
- Strong sales, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Experience using workshop management systems is an advantage.
- Currently residing in Oman.
- Valid Omani driving license.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
