Description


We are looking for an experienced Production & CNC Operations Leader to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will bridge design and production by converting technical drawings into efficient manufacturing workflows for kitchens, cabinets, and PVC doors.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines CNC programming, machine operation, production planning, and team supervision. You will oversee the complete in-factory production process—from reviewing project drawings and preparing CNC files to ensuring products meet quality standards before installation.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze project drawings and prepare production plans.
* Create and verify CNC machine files.
* Operate CNC Router, PVC Press, Panel Saw, Edge Banding, and Minifix machines when required.
* Supervise and coordinate a team of 4–6 production workers.
* Assign daily tasks and monitor production progress.
* Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout manufacturing.
* Resolve production and technical issues efficiently.
* Coordinate with the design and warehouse teams.
* Improve production efficiency while minimizing material waste.
* Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures.

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture, cabinetry, or PVC manufacturing (preferred).
* Strong experience with CNC operation and programming.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Experience preparing CNC-ready production files.
* Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively under moderate pressure.

Salary & Benefits

* Basic Salary: 250–350 OMR (depending on experience)
* Production Bonus: Performance-based
* Quality Bonus: Performance-based
