Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Mobile Technician to join our team in Muscat, Oman.

Requirements:

Strong experience in iPhone repair (screen replacement, battery replacement, charging issues, motherboard-level troubleshooting is a plus).

Good knowledge of diagnosing and repairing mobile phones.

Able to assist customers and handle sales of mobile phones and accessories.

Arabic speaking is required (English is also preferred).

Friendly, honest, and professional attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

Repair iPhones and other smartphones with high quality.

Diagnose hardware and software issues.

Assist customers and recommend suitable products and accessories.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Deliver excellent customer service.

Location: Muscat, Oman
