WE ARE HIRING – FINISHING CARPENTER / TEAM LEADER

We are looking for an experienced Finishing Carpenter with strong knowledge of furniture manufacturing and interior fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manufacture and install all types of custom-made furniture
• Carry out wall panelling, wooden cladding and interior fit-out works
• Understand and work accurately from drawings, measurements, sketches and reference images
• Perform high-quality finishing, installation and site work
• Guide, supervise and lead carpenters and helpers
• Ensure work is completed on time and according to quality standards

Candidate Requirements:
• Good experience in finishing carpentry and furniture production
• Strong knowledge of furniture fittings, materials and installation methods
• Ability to independently understand drawings and reference images
• Good leadership and team-management skills
• Responsible, hardworking and quality-focused
