Position: Computer Sales & Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

Sell computers, laptops, and IT accessories.
Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and related devices.
Install and configure hardware, software, and networks.
Provide excellent customer support and technical assistance.
Maintain service records and follow up with customers.

Requirements:

Experience in computer sales and technical support.
Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently.
Valid driving licence (preferred, if applicable).
