The Store Supervisor oversees the daily FMCG operations, guides the sales team, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction. This role focuses on maintaining inventory standards and driving sales growth to meet corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth: Monitor daily sales targets and implement promotional strategies on the shop floor.
Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, manage replenishment cycles, and minimize stock shrinkage.
Operations Management: Handle store opening/closing procedures, cash register reconciliation, and daily reporting.
Compliance: Ensure the store adheres to local health, safety, and Ministry of Commerce.
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing
Experience: 2–3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity. (FMCG Industry )
Languages: Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
