As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations of our manufacturing facility. This role requires strong knowledge of Oman Labour Law, recruitment, employee relations, attendance management, HR administration, and government liaison activities.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily HR operations for the factory workforce.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee induction.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and shift schedules.
• Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with the Finance team.
• Support employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure compliance with Oman Labour Law and company policies.
• Process employment contracts, confirmations, transfers, resignations, and end-of-service documentation.
• Coordinate visa, labour clearance, and other employment-related government procedures.
• Liaise with government authorities for HR and employment matters.
• Support performance management, training, and employee development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, analytics, and workforce data.
• Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.
• Support workforce planning and manpower requirements.
