Job Opening: Healthy / Diet Food Chef & Meal Prep Specialist

A new health and fitness restaurant in Sohar is looking for a qualified Healthy Food Chef / Meal Prep Specialist to join our kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
• Specialized Experience: Prior experience in preparing healthy, low-carb, and macro-calculated meals in a restaurant or meal-prep business.
• Precision & Accuracy: Ability to strictly follow recipe guidelines and accurately weigh ingredients (proteins, carbs, fats) using kitchen scales.
• Healthy Cooking Techniques: Proficiency in grilling, steaming, air-frying, and working with low-calorie sauces without sacrificing taste.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Strict adherence to personal hygiene, food handling standards, and proper ingredient storage.
• Location: Sohar, Oman.
