Description

The ideal candidate must have previous experience to handle following responsibilities:

•Prepare and issue quotations based on customer requirements.
•Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding quotations, pricing, and
customer inquiries.
•Enter and maintain customer, sales, and quotation data
accurately.
•Prepare invoices, documents, reports, and other office records.
•Maintain proper filing and documentation of quotations and sales
records.
•Follow up with the Sales Team on pending quotations and customer
requirements.
•Assist with daily administrative and general office activities.
•Handle emails, correspondence, printing, scanning, and other
office support tasks.
•Ensure all data and documents are updated and properly
maintained.

NOTE:

•CANDIDATE MUST BE AVAILABLE HERE IN OMAN (SPECIALY MUSCAT).
•CANDIATE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN TALLY PRIME.
•CANDIATE MUST HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN
(URDU/HINDI/ENGLISH).
