WE ARE HIRING – SALES OPERATIONS & EXECUTIVE

Muscat, Oman | Full-Time | Immediate Joining

We are looking for a Sales Operations & Executive to join our growing Building Materials & Hardware Showroom in Muscat.

The position covers both Counter/Showroom Sales and Corporate/B2B Sales.

Candidates with practical experience in building materials, hardware, tools, construction products, MEP materials, or trading will be highly preferred. Experience in other sales industries is also welcome.


Key Responsibilities

Handle counter sales, walk-in customers, enquiries, and product recommendations.

Develop corporate and B2B customers, including contractors, construction companies, project clients, and trading companies.

Generate new sales opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare quotations, costing, and commercial offers based on customer requirements.

Handle RFQs, BOQs, enquiries, and tender-related requirements when required.
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, accounts, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order execution.

Follow up on quotations and enquiries and convert opportunities into sales.

Maintain proper sales records and provide regular updates to management.
Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.

Requirements

Experience in sales, business development, sales operations, or trading.
Building materials/hardware/construction industry experience is a strong advantage.

Good customer-handling, communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Professional communication through English, phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Languages

English – Mandatory
Hindi – Preferred
Arabic – Preferred
Malayalam – Advantage

Preferred

Valid Oman Driving Licence
Oman/GCC sales experience
Candidates currently residing in Oman
Immediate joiners preferred
