Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction activities on our projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site construction activities for multistory buildings, including foundation, structural, and finishing works. Interpret and implement architectural and structural drawings on site. Coordinate with consultants, and project managers. Monitor material quality, quantity, and usage to control wastage and cost. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Conduct quality checks and inspections at each construction stage. Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation. Resolve on-site technical issues and coordinate design clarifications with consultants. Manage labor and equipment scheduling to meet project timelines. Assist in billing, measurement, and quantity surveying as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in CivilEngineering (B.E./B.Tech) or DAE . Minimum 1-2 years of experience in civil site engineering, with proven experience in multistory/high-rise building construction (residential or commercial). Strong knowledge of RCC structures, formwork, shuttering, and construction methodologies for tall buildings. Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and other site management tools. Good understanding of safety standards and quality control procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read structural and architectural drawings accurately.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with high-rise construction techniques such as slip form and jump form. Knowledge of local building codes and regulatory approval processes. Certification in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH) is a plus.
