Description

Job Purpose

To provide technical support to all company branches, offices, warehouse, roastery, and other locations, ensuring that IT systems and equipment are working properly with minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to employees and branches.
Troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Support POS systems, Foodics, Odoo, Tally, email, and other company software.
Troubleshoot internet, Wi-Fi, network, and connectivity issues.
Support CCTV systems and coordinate repairs when required.
Install and configure computers, software, printers, and network equipment.
Maintain and update the IT equipment and asset inventory.
Assist with IT setup for new branches and projects.
Coordinate with IT suppliers and service providers when necessary.
Respond quickly to urgent IT problems affecting branch operations.
Maintain records of IT issues, repairs, and equipment.
Ensure company IT equipment and information are handled securely.
Perform other IT-related duties assigned by the IT Manager.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
2–4 years of IT support experience.
Good knowledge of computers, Windows, networking, and troubleshooting.
POS and CCTV experience is an advantage.
Good English communication skills.
Oman driving license is preferred.
