VACANCY – IMMIGRATION SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Muscat, Sultanate of Oman
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: OMR 250 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, confident, and results-oriented Immigration Sales Executive to join our team in Muscat.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in immigration consultancy, visa consultancy, travel, recruitment, or sales, along with excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries regarding immigration and visa services.
Explain immigration programs, eligibility criteria, procedures, and service packages.
Generate leads and convert prospects into successful sales.
Conduct client consultations and provide professional guidance.
Follow up with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, agreements, and client documentation.
Coordinate with the Operations and Visa Processing teams.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Handle client objections professionally and work toward successful closures.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in immigration consultancy, visa consultancy, travel, recruitment, or sales.
Fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi – mandatory.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Target-oriented and results-driven approach.
Professional and confident personality.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidates currently residing in Oman are preferred.
