Job Title: Sales Executive - Electronic Products

About Us:

We operate primarily through various social media platforms, catering to a diverse customer base. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales through online channels, with a primary focus on converting leads into successful sales transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Conversion: Engage with potential customers across social media platforms (e. g. , Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) to convert leads into sales.
2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our electronic products to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
3. Online Sales: Manage online sales inquiries, answer customer questions, provide product recommendations, and negotiate pricing to close sales.
4. Arabic Language Proficiency: Communicate fluently in Arabic to effectively engage with Arabic-speaking customers.
5. Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
6. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
7. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to make informed sales decisions.
8. Documentation: Accurately document sales transactions and customer interactions for reporting and analysis.

Qualifications:
• Proven track record in online sales, particularly in the electronic products industry.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using various social media platforms for sales outreach.
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred or equivalent skill.

Probation Period:
