VACANCY: PRODUCTION MANAGER / SUPERVISOR – STEEL FABRICATION

AL Majal International, a steel fabrication and erection company based in Salalah, Oman, is looking for an experienced Production Manager / Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our steel fabrication workshop and production activities.

We are looking for a hands-on, responsible and experienced person who can manage workshop production, supervise workers and ensure fabrication work is completed efficiently, safely, to the required quality standards and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise daily steel fabrication and workshop activities.
* Plan and monitor daily and weekly production schedules.
* Supervise welders, fabricators, fitters and helpers.
* Allocate manpower and assign work according to production requirements.
* Ensure fabrication is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
* Monitor production progress, quality and productivity.
* Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC and site teams.
* Ensure materials are used efficiently and minimize wastage.
* Resolve production and workshop issues to maintain smooth workflow.
* Ensure work is completed within project deadlines.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience and suitability.
