Position: Immigration Consultant
Experience: 1 year preferred | Freshers are welcome
Languages: Fluent in Hindi and English
Location: Muscat, Oman

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in immigration and international career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Consult with clients regarding immigration, visa, residency, and international job opportunities.
* Understand clients’ requirements and recommend suitable immigration programs.
* Explain visa processes, eligibility criteria, documentation, fees, and timelines clearly.
* Follow up with leads and prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide professional customer service.
* Achieve assigned sales and client conversion targets.
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
* Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth client handling.
* Stay updated on immigration programs, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

* Fluent in Hindi and English, both written and spoken.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration consultancy, sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
* Freshers are also welcome if they have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Confident, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
* Ability to handle clients professionally and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to learn about different immigration programs and visa processes.
