Job Responsibilities

* Welcome customers professionally and understand their perfume preferences.
* Recommend perfumes, attars, bakhoor and fragrances according to customers’ taste and budget.
* Have good knowledge of perfume notes, fragrance families, concentration, longevity and perfume oils.
* Explain products confidently and professionally to customers.
* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
* Handle perfume testing, product presentation and customer demonstrations.
* Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
* Maintain a clean, organized and premium-looking showroom.
* Handle cash/POS payments and basic sales records.
* Assist with stock checking and product display.
* Support perfume customization/blending services when required.
* Handle customers from different nationalities with respect and professionalism.
* Maintain the luxury image and standards of ABABEEL PERFUME.

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience in perfume, fragrance, cosmetics or luxury retail sales is preferred.
* Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
* Professional appearance and positive personality.
* Strong sales and convincing skills.
* Good English communication is required.
* Arabic is an advantage.
* Must be confident, honest, punctual and responsible.
* Should have genuine interest and knowledge in perfumes.
* Experience in Oman/GCC retail sales will be an added advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a smart, presentable and experienced perfume professional, not just a regular salesperson. The ideal candidate should be able to understand customers, recommend the right fragrance, explain products professionally and convert visitors into buyers.
