Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cakes, pastries, desserts and bakery products
• Maintain consistent quality, taste and presentation
• Follow recipes, portion control and food safety standards
• Manage daily pastry production and stock requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pastry section
• Support menu development and new product ideas
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in high end café restaurans
• Good knowledge of pastry and dessert preparation
• Creative, organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee, hot and cold beverages according to standards
• Operate and maintain espresso machines and coffee equipment
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality and presentation
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area
• Assist with stock control and daily opening and closing duties
Requirements:
• Previous barista experience preferred
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso making
• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Good communication and teamwork
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
