Accountant – Job Description

We are looking for an Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of Purchase Bills and Sales Bills.
- Able to record and maintain daily accounting transactions.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Able to prepare Excel reports and maintain records.
- Basic knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Responsible, honest, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of accounting software will be an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

- Enter and maintain purchase and sales bills.
- Check bills and invoices properly.
- Maintain daily accounting records.
- Prepare Excel reports.
- Record payments and receipts.
- Maintain supplier and customer accounts.
- Support the senior accountant in daily accounting work.
