Sohool Al Habiba Trading LLC (SAH) – Oman is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer / Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Position

Civil Engineer / Quantity Surveyor

Requirements
Maximum 8 years of relevant experience in the Civil / Oil & Gas construction field.
Oman experience is mandatory/preferred.
Strong experience in Tendering, Estimation & Quantity Take-Off.
Experience in Tender Applications, Proposal Preparation & Project Acquisition.
Ability to identify tender opportunities and support the company in securing new projects.
Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, costing and quotations.
Experience in preparing commercial and technical tender documents.
Valid Oman Driving License is required.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Candidates with strong experience in winning/obtaining civil construction projects in Oman will be given preference.
