Key Skills & Knowledge:
- Detailed understanding of HEMM components (engines, transmissions, hydraulics, electrical systems, undercarriage)
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise for breakdowns and preventive maintenance
- Ability to dismantle, repair, and reassemble major assemblies (e.g., excavators, dumpers, loaders, dozers, graders)
- Familiarity with OEM manuals, safety standards, and maintenance schedules
- Hands-on experience with welding, fabrication, and field repairs
- Knowledge of spare parts management and workshop practice
