Looking for sales specialist whom are responsible for,

Key Responsibilities
A. Field Sales & Business Development - Your Main Job
• Visit daily: Under-construction sites, new residential buildings, villas in [Al Mouj, Shatti, Bousher, Seeb, Mawaleh], real estate offices, and contractor / consultant offices.
• Generate new B2C leads (villa / apartment owners) and B2B leads (builders, property managers, real estate agents, architects).
• Pitch our services: Full House Interiors, Kitchens, Wardrobes, Vanities, TV Units, Majlis, Office Furniture, Custom Installations.
• Fix appointments and bring qualified clients to our showroom for closing.
• Distribute brochures, catalogues and build strong local network.
B. Client Meeting & Site Handling
• Meet clients at their site/home, understand requirements, take rough measurements and photos.
• Explain our manufacturing quality, materials, hardware (Hafele / Hettich), and project timeline.
• Coordinate with Interior Designer for 3D design and with factory for quotation.
• Follow up rigorously till quotation is approved and advance is collected.
C. Marketing & Lead Generation
• Create and close tie-ups with 10-15 active referral partners: Real Estate Agents, Civil Contractors, Electricians, Gypsum Contractors, Curtain Shops.
• Generate leads through OLX Oman, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and WhatsApp groups.
• Report competitor pricing and new projects coming up in Muscat.
D. Sales Target & Reporting
• Achieve monthly target of minimum 8-10 RO / 3000-5000 OMR sales (or as per company target).
• Daily reporting: Minimum 10-15 client/site visits per day with location sharing and photos.
• Maintain lead sheet in Excel / Google Sheet - all enquiries, follow-ups, status.
• Ensure timely collection of payments - Advance, Mid-payment, Final payment.
