We are looking for a highly competent, experienced, and design-driven Senior Architect / Interior Designer to join an established interior fit-out company in Muscat.
The ideal candidate must be capable of independently handling projects from initial concept and design development through technical documentation, consultant coordination, site execution, and final handover.
🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion
• Develop layouts, elevations, sections, façade concepts, space planning and technical details
• Prepare and review architectural & interior construction drawings
• Develop mood boards, material palettes, furniture concepts, lighting concepts and finishes
• Handle joinery details, ceiling details, flooring layouts, wall elevations and FF&E
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil, landscape and other consultants
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams
• Conduct regular site visits and ensure execution follows approved design intent
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, samples and mock-ups
• Resolve technical issues, design clashes and site-related queries
• Lead and guide architects, interior designers, visualisers and draftsmen
• Attend client, consultant and contractor meetings
• Prepare and deliver professional client presentations
• Manage multiple projects and design deliverables independently
• Maintain high standards of design quality, technical accuracy and execution
🔹 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design or related field
• Minimum 8–12+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong experience in both Architecture & Interior Design
• Proven experience handling projects from concept through construction
• Experience in commercial, corporate, hospitality, luxury residential, villas or high-end projects is highly preferred
• GCC experience is highly desirable, especially Oman/UAE/Saudi Arabia
• Strong experience dealing with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers
• Previous team leadership experience is preferred
Knowledge of 3ds Max, Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray or similar visualization software will be an advantage.

We need a professional who can:
Understand the client → Develop the design → Technically resolve it → Coordinate with consultants → Present to the client → Guide the design team → Support procurement → Visit the site → Resolve construction issues → Ensure the final project matches the approved design.
The candidate must be professionally mature, highly detail-oriented, commercially practical, confident with clients, and capable of working with limited supervision and strong ownership of projects.
