Description

We are looking for an experienced Production In-Charge for our Structural Steel Fabrication Workshop in Salalah, Oman.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and control daily & weekly production activities.
Supervise fabrication, fit-up, welding and finishing works.
Allocate manpower and monitor daily production/tonnage.
Coordinate with Engineering, QC, Procurement and Projects teams.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved IFC drawings and project requirements.
Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion and delivery.
Maintain proper workshop discipline, quality, safety and housekeeping.
Report production progress and issues to Management.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in structural steel fabrication.
Strong knowledge of workshop production, fabrication and welding processes.
Ability to read fabrication/structural drawings.
Good manpower management and production planning skills.
Experience handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
GCC/Oman experience will be an advantage.
