A modern cafe in Nizwa is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef specializing in breakfast, brunch, and sweets to join our dynamic team and create exceptional culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present innovative breakfast and brunch menu items to high standards.
Craft a variety of high-quality sweets, desserts, and pastries tailored for the cafe.
Contribute to menu development and introduce seasonal or trend-setting dishes.
Maintain strict food safety, kitchen hygiene, and inventory management standards.
Minimize food waste while ensuring consistent quality and visual appeal.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Chef in cafes or restaurants, with a focus on breakfast and desserts.
Strong skills in modern food presentation and artful plating.
solid understanding of kitchen safety, organization, and prep workflow.
Based in Oman or willing to relocate and work in Nizwa.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
