WE ARE HIRING – REMOTE LOGISTICS & SHIPMENT COORDINATOR

Sohar Gate Car Import is looking for an experienced Logistics & Shipment Coordinator to work remotely.

The candidate must have practical experience in Ocean Freight, Container Shipping and Logistics Operations.

Main Responsibilities:

* Track containers from loading until arrival and clearance.
* Monitor ETA, vessel status, container status, discharge, DO and customs clearance.
* Provide clear and continuous shipment updates to customers.
* Follow up with shipping lines, freight forwarders and clearance teams.
* Handle delays and shipment-related issues.
* Prepare daily reports for upcoming, delayed and under-clearance containers.
* Manage multiple containers and customers simultaneously.

Requirements: Previous experience in Shipping / Logistics / Freight Forwarding / Container Operations, good English communication, strong follow-up and reporting skills, and ability to work independently online.
