Crane Electrician / Hydraulic Technician- 02 NOS
Salary : 400- 450 + OT (if worked overtime)
Duty hours : 10 including 1 hr lunch break
Food and accommodation: provided by company
Weekly off: NIL

Leave cycle - 9 month on -1 Month paid off

Job Role: To carry out inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of electrical, electronic, and hydraulic systems on Truckoman cranes, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on crane electrical and hydraulic systems.
Diagnose and rectify faults in electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and control systems.
Troubleshoot wiring, sensors, limit switches, load moment indicators (LMI), PLCs, and hydraulic-electrical interfaces.
Inspect, repair, and replace hydraulic components such as pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, motors, and filters.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, hydraulic circuit diagrams, and technical manuals.
Conduct functional testing, calibration, and commissioning after repairs.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and carry out emergency repairs as required.
Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Complete maintenance records, inspection reports, and job cards accurately.

Requirements:
Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Hydraulics, or a related technical field.
Proven experience in maintenance and repair of mobile cranes, truck-mounted cranes, or heavy equipment.
Strong knowledge of crane electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and control circuits.
Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical and hydraulic faults independently.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and testing equipment.
