Job Title: Sales Cum Merchandiser

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, merchandising, and product display, with good communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Visit assigned customers, stores, and retail outlets regularly.
* Arrange and maintain products on shelves according to company standards.
* Ensure products are properly displayed, clean, and well organized.
* Monitor stock availability and inform the concerned team about low or out-of-stock items.
* Check product placement, pricing, and shelf displays.
* Build and maintain good relationships with customers and store staff.
* Coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams regarding stock and deliveries.
* Ensure promotional displays and company products are properly maintained.
* Monitor competitor products and market activities when required.
* Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports to the management.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Sales Merchandiser or in a similar role.
* Basic knowledge of sales and merchandising activities.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage product displays and maintain shelves effectively.
* Basic knowledge of stock handling and inventory.
* Ability to work independently and visit different customer locations.
* Valid driving license is preferred.
* Knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.
