JOB VACANCY – SALESMAN CUM STOREKEEPER

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Salesman cum Storekeeper for an Automotive Spare Parts Business specializing in:

- Toyota
- Nissan
- Lexus
- Infiniti

Job Responsibilities:

1. Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and spare parts codes/numbers.
2. Good knowledge of Toyota, Nissan, Lexus & Infiniti spare parts.
3. Knowledge of using spare parts catalogues/systems to identify the correct part number and application.
4. Ability to search different suppliers, shops, and markets to find the best quality parts at competitive prices.
5. Responsible for spare parts sales and customer requirements.
6. Good customer contacts and market relationships.
7. Prepare quotations and provide correct parts and prices.
8. Maintain proper stock records and inventory control.
9. Conduct regular and random stock checking.
10. Handle inventory reconciliation and identify stock differences or shortages.
11. Receive, arrange, and issue spare parts properly.
12. Follow up with customers and develop new customer relationships.
13. Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving spare parts.
14. Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, and stock movements.
15. Submit a daily sales and stock report to management.
16. Maintain the overall organization and accuracy of the store.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience in automotive spare parts sales/storekeeping preferred.
- Strong knowledge of spare parts codes, catalogues, applications, and compatibility.
- Ability to compare prices from different suppliers and identify the best price and suitable quality.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
- Honest, hardworking, responsible, and target-oriented.
- Existing customer/market contacts will be an advantage.

Salary: OMR 200 to 250 per month
Attractive package based on experience and performance.
