a leading building materials company, is urgently seeking a results-driven Ready-Mix Concrete Sales Promoter / Sales Representative to join our field sales team. Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell ready-mix concrete products to contracting companies and construction sites. Conduct field visits to target new projects and connect with key decision-makers. Achieve sales targets and expand the company's market share. Requirements & Qualifications:Proven sales experience, preferably within the ready-mix concrete or building materials industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and field-work skills. Valid driving license. Salary & Full Benefits Package:Basic Salary: 200 OMR per month. Commission: Attractive bonus/allowance for every cubic meter sold (added to the salary). Accommodation & Food: Free housing and full meals provided by the company. Transport & Utilities: Company car, fuel (petrol), and communication allowance fully covered.
