Contractor & Project Prospecting: Identify and build strong business relationships with general contractors, infrastructure developers, and project managers across local construction sites.
​Quoting & Volume Bids: Analyze project specifications, prepare competitive unit-rate quotations for concrete volumes, and negotiate contracts to secure high-margin orders.
​Delivery & Plant Coordination: Collaborate with plant operations, dispatch, and quality control teams to ensure accurate mix-design scheduling and timely site deliveries.
​On-Site Technical Support: Visit active job sites to address customer requirements, oversee concrete pour schedules, and resolve any mix or delivery issues.
