Requirements

* Strong experience in Arabian / Arabic Cuisine
* Must be able to prepare a wide variety of traditional Arabic dishes
* Knowledge of dishes such as Mandi, Kabsa, Madfoon, Machboos, Shuwa, Harees, Salona, Grilled Meats, Arabic Rice, Soups, Mezze and traditional Arabic appetizers
* Good knowledge of Arabic cooking methods, spices, sauces and presentation
* Previous experience in high-end restaurant/hotel is preferred
* Good hygiene and kitchen discipline
* Candidates currently available in Oman are preferred
* Ready to join
