Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong connections in Oman's Oil & Gas industry. You will be responsible for bringing in enquiries, tender opportunities and new clients, and for converting them into awarded contracts. This role suits someone who can work independently, takes ownership of results, and already has an active network with operators and main contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and bring in enquiries, RFQs and tender opportunities from operators, main contractors and EPC companies
Build and maintain relationships with clients, procurement and contracts teams
Track tenders on supplier portals (e. g. JSRS) and ensure timely submissions
Coordinate with the estimation and technical team on bid preparation and pricing
Support company registration and prequalification with operators and contractors
Follow up on submitted bids, negotiate terms and support contract closure
Report regularly on the pipeline, opportunities and market updates

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the Oil & Gas sector in Oman
Established network with operators, main contractors and EPC companies in Oman
Good knowledge of tendering processes, prequalification and ICV requirements
Proven track record of securing contracts
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage
Valid Oman driving licence
Currently in Oman (preferred)
