THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST FULFILL FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Generate sales leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Follow up with customers through calls and messages.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, customer details, and sales.
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Handle customer questions, objections, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and other relevant departments for order processing and customer support.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports.
Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.


NOTE:

Must have 2 years of relevant experience.
Must be available here in Oman.
