Hiring: Business Development Manager – Logistics & Transport

Location: Muscat, Oman
Company: Muscat Al Khair Investment SPC

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our transport and logistics business in Oman.

Responsibilities:

* Secure new contracts and long-term transport projects.
* Develop business in water tanker, flatbed, lowbed, oil tanker and general logistics services.
* Approach oil & gas companies, PDO contractors, construction companies and industrial clients.
* Build strong client relationships and negotiate contracts.
* Identify new business opportunities and manage client follow-ups.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in Oman’s logistics and transport industry.
* Strong network of clients and industry contacts.
* Ability to independently generate business and secure contracts.
* Valid Oman driving licence preferred.
* Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience + attractive commission on secured business.
