Real Estate Agent
Location: Muscat, Oman · Type: Full-time
About - ARW Trading is a property management company in Oman, delivering owners association (OA) management, property and facilities management, and real estate brokerage.
Key Responsibilities
• Source and list properties for sale and lease in Muscat communities.
• Market listings, handle enquiries and conduct viewings.
• Build and maintain a client base of buyers, tenants and landlords.
• Negotiate offers and close sales and lease transactions.
• Follow each transaction through to completion and keep records up to date.
• Meet monthly listing and closing targets
• Male candidates only.
• Own car and valid driving licence.
• Familiarity with sales and real estate, including the Muscat market.
• Valid Driving licence, or willingness to obtain one.
• Fluent Arabic and English; strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional, reliable and target-driven.
