Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waiter to join our Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will provide excellent service to guests and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests and present menus.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks professionally and promptly.
Set up and clear tables according to service standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant.
Respond to guest requests and handle complaints politely.
Coordinate with the kitchen and service team.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel service standards.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Waiter in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
