Mandatory Conditions (Non-Negotiable)
Location: Must currently reside in Oman.

Transfer: Willing and eligible for immediate sponsorship transfer (NOC).

Experience: Minimum 2 years of barista experience within the Oman market.

Key Responsibilities
Beverages: Dial in espresso daily; prepare consistent espresso, specialty filter (e. g. , V60), and signature cold drinks to exact recipes; execute proper milk texturing.

Operations: Maintain, clean, and backflush bar equipment (espresso machine, grinders); keep workstation sanitized; monitor bar stock levels (beans, dairy, packaging).

Customer Service: Take orders via POS, handle cash/card transactions, assist guests with recommendations, and manage peak-hour rush efficiently.

Skills Required
Solid knowledge of coffee extraction, grind adjustments, and milk steaming.

Fast, organized work pace with strong team spirit.

Good communication skills in English (conversational Arabic is a plus).
