Description

Well-known jewelry store in Salalah is looking for a Jewelry salesman.
Core Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly, identify their budget and the occasion (such as weddings or anniversaries), and showcase suitable gold, diamond, or silver pieces.
Explain metal purity, hallmarks, gross/net weights, gemstone specs, making charges, and product care.
Close transactions via Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, handle billings, and suggest add-ons like matching chains, daily-wear items, or gold savings plan.
Maintain clean and visually appealing display counters, perform daily stock counts, and reconcile displayed pieces against returned items.
Assist with old-gold exchange evaluations and follow store compliance policies.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
•Available in Oman for immediately joining.
• Experience: 1 to 3+ years of retail or luxury sales experience, preferably within the fine jewelry industry.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, basic arithmetic for calculating rates/weights, and a target-driven mindset.
•Languages: Fluency in Arabic, English, Hindi and Bengali, is required.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with precious metals, gemstone grading, and current market gold rates.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
