Qualifications: -30-40 years old – FEMALE (prefer Filipina but any nationalities can apply) -With Experience in Housekeeping/Management/Supervising -With good English communication skills (speaking more than one language like Arabic is an advantage) -With a strong personality -With strong leadership skills -Ability to supervise staff and manage performance/task -Working knowledge of housekeeping/household -With basic computer skills Duties & Responsibilities: -To monitor the house staff on a daily basis and ensure that all in doing their jobs/assigned tasks. -Assigning the house staff to their daily tasks/schedule -Inspecting the work and ensuring that all the task/schedule is properly done -Provide day-to-day instruction, direction, and support to the maids -Recording and monitoring all the staff performance in the house -Performing various cleaning duties in instances of staff shortages. -Providing training to the new house staff -Checking and monitoring inventory of cleaning supplies and ordering stock as needed.
