We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Technician to join our team. As a Mobile Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers' mobile devices are functioning properly and to provide excellent customer service throughout the repair process. Responsibilities: - Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on mobile devices. - Repair and replace damaged components, such as screens, batteries, and charging ports. - Install and update software applications. - Perform data backups and transfers. - Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper functionality after repairs. - Keep accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions. - Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions. - Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile device technologies and trends. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Mobile Technician or similar role. - Strong technical knowledge of mobile devices, operating systems, and software applications. - Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of hardware and software issues. - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Attention to detail and the ability to work meticulously. - Strong communication and customer service skills. - Ability to work well in a team and independently.
