Requirements: . Minimum 2 years of barista experience . Proficiency in latte art . Strong knowledge of coffee types, brewing techniques, and equipment . Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment . Effective communication skills . Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques . Prior experience in a high-end or specialty café is a plus Responsibilities: . Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to customers . Expertly use espresso machines and other coffee brewing equipment . Create intricate latte art designs to enhance customer experience . Provide product recommendations and explanations to customers . Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café's coffee preparation area . Work as part of a team to ensure smooth café operations . Continuously update knowledge about coffee trends and brewing techniques . Contribute to a positive and welcoming café atmosphere . Uphold the café's quality and service standards Benefits: .
