Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Supervisor to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, and demand forecasting. and well-versed with MS Office.

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards
Manage inventory levels, placing orders and tracking usage to prevent stockouts and overstocking
Forecast demand accurately to ensure adequate food preparation.
Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and scheduling repairs as needed
Prepare reports and documentation related to kitchen operations, inventory, and food safety
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict hygiene standards
Resolve kitchen-related issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
