Tamani Sohar, is investment group based in Sohar, Oman , with interests across Real Estate Business. To cope with our group's expansion, we invite an experienced Leasing Manager to join us.

Role Description :
Manage a portfolio of retail and commercial properties in Sohar Oman Handle general leasing of new letting/renewal negotiation and related administration Provide professional and timely advice on rental trend, marketing positioning, tenant mix, branding and translate commercial/rental strategies into business results.
Monitor leasing parameters, including but not limited to income receivables, vacancy, trends and pricing.
Analyse market trends/data research and prepare regular leasing reports.

Desired Skills/Experience:
1. Degree holder in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or property related disciplines with at least 8 years of leasing experience.
2. Candidates must be familiar with tenancy administration and have extensive business network with tenants and property agencies, able to contact with the target company directly or indirectly.
3. Good characters and personalities to work with both internal teams and external parties.
4. Good business acumen with excellent negotiation, analytical and presentation skills Proficiency in MS Office .
5. Proficiency in both written spoken Arabic and English . Knowledge of other languages is considered an advantage.
6. The salary will be determined after the interview.
