we are looking for a Sales Manager cum Partner specialised in the Oman Market to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Revenue Strategies: Craft and execute strategies to increase sales of income.

- Lead Generation: Implement effective lead generation tactics for client acquisition.

- Campaign Management: Develop and oversee marketing campaigns, including social media and digital marketing.

- Sales Tracking: Monitor sales activities, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

- Client Database Management: Maintain and expand a robust client database, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

- Product Promotion: Actively promote and sell company’s products and services.

- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback for service improvement.

- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the Sales and Marketing team towards achieving set goals.

- Strategy Development: Advise management and Board of Directors on corporate strategy and market positioning.

- Budget Management: Develop, review, and manage the sales and marketing budget.

- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and develop tactics to enhance market position.

- Sales Process Improvement: Continually refine the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, particularly in real estate or tech-driven services.

- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software.

- Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Creative thinker with a results-driven approach.
